Kihei Pizza!

It is amazing how time flies!  We are coming up on our one year anniversary and little Gino Fabiani is not so little anymore.  Thanks to all of our local friends and family for supporting us this year and for giving us the repeated, " you have the best pizza in Kihei."  We love serving Kihei and are looking forward to incorporating pizza delivery to all of our pizza loving neighbors in the Kihei area.  Although the pizza oven has been busting its burners this year making pizza and baking lasagna for the pizzeria, the bakery has been turning out goodies week after week like none other in Kihei.  Some regular specialties that everybody has been screaming for more include, red velvet tartufu, our classic hand made cannoli, chocolate dipped more than a mouth full coconut macaroons, and bacon cheddar bagels. Yes you heard it right, bacon cheddar bagels.  The staff has also been contributing to daily specials out of the kitchen.  An upcoming post will introduce you to Manny, Mr. Gnudie!  As in, naked ravioli, much like a gnocchi...scrumptious dumpling! So thanks again for keeping our Pizza on the Map in Kihei!

Perfect Cappuccino! @ Fabiani's !

What a glorious morning for the soft opening of Fabiani's Bakery and Pizzeria.  The aroma of roasted coffee lured me immediately from the parking lot to the bakery where I watched Michelle kneading dough for tomorrows bagels.  It wasn't long before Lorenzo handed over a cup of warm frothy Italian Roast coffee.  Finally Kihei has its very own charming hang out with fresh...EVERYTHING...made just steps away in the open kitchen!  Good thing I started off with a cup of Italian Joe, cuz deciding on what to put in my belly was difficult this early in the morning.  Thank goodness I went for the friendly muffin next...fresh blueberries and just the right amount of sugar and crumbs of what, I'm not sure, and I don't need to know..just delicious. It gives you the kind of feeling you get when mom pulls um right out of the oven.
